




CZ Series Electric Conveyor Belt Vulcanizing Press is special equipment for splicing conveyor belt joints in conveying machinery.
The machine is made of lightweight aluminum alloy, featuring compact size and light single-piece weight. It is powered by a common three-phase power supply, with uniform temperature distribution on the heating platen. The pressure system provides uniform pressure at 1.0–2.0 MPa, and it is equipped with a lightweight automatic LCD digital temperature control box. The connection between the control box and the main unit is realized via integrated connectors and multi-core cables, ensuring easy operation and reliable performance. Additionally, it boasts fast heating, uniform temperature and high thermal efficiency, making it an ideal splicing device for rubber belt joints of conveying machinery.
I. Application
This product is widely used for on-site splicing of conveyor joints in metallurgy, chemical industry, metal mines, power plants, ports, docks and other fields.
After carefully reading the technical parameters and operating instructions provided with the machine and following the correct vulcanization bonding process, the joint strength can reach more than 90% of that of a new belt. The joint is smooth, almost identical to the original belt, reduces wear on rollers, and extends the service life of both the conveyor and the rubber conveyor belt.

1. CZ Series Vulcanizing Press & Repair Press
Our vulcanizing presses and repair presses adopt an exclusive process and proprietary automatic precision digital display control system, ensuring uniform and accurate vulcanization temperature, uniform vulcanization pressure and easy operation. The overall weight is reduced by one-third compared with conventional models. It features reliable quality and long service life, exceeding the advanced levels of domestic and foreign counterparts.
2. Upper and Lower Heating Platens
Made of high-quality aluminum alloy, specifically 7 series aviation aluminum, refined through a special process. Features include:
①Compact size, half the weight of conventional models, low energy consumption and fast heating. The entire platen exhibits high flexibility after heating, fitting the belt more closely than conventional machines. Under 1.5 MPa pressure, the parallel tightness is ≤ 0.03 mm, a performance not available in standard machines.
②Uniform heat distribution at all points of the upper and lower heating platens. Ten minutes after entering the heat preservation stage, the temperature difference across the working surface is only ±3 ℃ ~ 4 ℃, exceeding international standards.
③Heating time from ambient temperature to vulcanization temperature (145 ℃) ≤ 30 min, with power consumption half that of domestic and foreign counterparts, delivering excellent energy-saving effects.
④One-step molding for vulcanization bonding or repair, with smooth, clean joints whose strength is equivalent to the original belt.
3. Water Cooling System
Equipped with an internationally advanced once-through water cooling circulation system inside the heating layer, accelerating the splicing process, improving belt joint strength and protecting the joint.
4. Handle
Stays cool during high-temperature operation. Chrome-plated for a bright, attractive appearance and compact design.
5. Water Pressure Plate
Manufactured using internationally advanced technology. Thanks to its special structure, the pressure plate bears uniform pressure across the whole unit. It has passed numerous high-pressure tests: no leakage observed after a 30-minute test at 1.875 MPa, exceeding international standards. The pressure plate supports both water and air pressure operation.
6. Input Power Cable Line
Adopts high-voltage mining flame-retardant bundled national standard heavy-duty wear-resistant special safety cable, paired with high-quality aviation plugs from “Hualuen” brand. Wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, non-heating and durable.
7. Secondary Power Output Cable Assembly
Consists of high-voltage mining flame-retardant bundled national standard heavy-duty wear-resistant special safety cable, high-quality aviation plugs from “Hualuen” brand, and COMIX special five-hole bakelite quick-connect flat plug assembly. Wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, non-heating and durable.
8. Automatic Electric Control Box
The temperature control meter and time relay adopt intelligent digital electrical components from “Comix” brand. Contactors are of Schneider brand. Internal control circuits are standardized with multi-color, multi-specification national standard wires.
The new large special control box for vulcanizing presses is integrated with Siemens single-phase (220 V) and three-phase (380 V) sockets with 2, 3 and 4 pins. On-site construction personnel no longer need to lay additional tens or hundreds of meters of extension cords for belt stripping, grinding and lighting, saving trouble, time, labor and costs.

Made of high-grade steel, featuring light weight, high strength and easy operation.

1. Voltage can be customized to 380 V, 660 V, 480 V, 440 V, 415 V, 400 V or 220 V.
2. Vulcanization temperature is adjustable freely from 0 to 200 ℃.
3. Heating time (from ambient temperature to vulcanization temperature) ≤ 30 min; maximum 4. vulcanization pressure 1.5 MPa (subject to user specifications and factory marking).
5. Vulcanization temperature preservation time is adjustable according to belt thickness.
6. The length of vulcanized conveyor belt joints can be freely spliced using single or multiple machines as required.
7. When ordering, please confirm the product model and specification, and indicate the conveyor belt width, tensile strength and required vulcanization pressure.
