Steel cord conveyor belt hot splicing

One of our clients Mr.Zhang from China has 1200mm belt width steel cord conveyor belt, and the splicing length is 1600mm. He wants to order the machines from our company.

We suggest him use two sets machines together to make the splicing. The proposal we provide is the heating plate size for one set machine is 1350*830mm, with 90° bias angle. That means heating plate size is total 1350*1660mm when using two machines together, which is suitable for splicing Mr.Zhang’s steel cord belt.

One of advantages of our vulcanizing machine is the fast water cooling, it takes about 5~10 minutes to cool down the temperature, which is very suitable for fast splicing on site.
