Machine Characteristics:

1. The vulcanizing machine is made of the high quality light-weight aluminium alloy, it is portable. And it is easy to assemble and disassemble.

2. The computer temperature controller box can control the vulcanizing temperature and temperature preservation time precisely. The controller box adopts 24V low voltage security line control to ensure personal safety.

3. The silicone heating element is flexible, it is built-in and connected in parallel to confirm the uniform heating, The maintenance cost is reduced greatly.

4. It will take about 5~8 minutes for the working surface vulcanizing temperature to cool down from 145℃ with the water cooling system.(The cooling time depends on the size of the machine)

5. The pressure system is made of the rubber pressure bag . It is light-weight, portable and safe. (about 70% lighter than the old traditional bulky water pressure plate, which can be used with water pump and air pump)

6. Temperature control box with black plastic shell;

7. Double head square screw (color zinc plating on the surface, fine work of computer processing center);

8. Hard aluminum alloy cross beams produced by CNMC.(Environmental protection technology of high temperature spraying and baking of nano powder);
